+ Why should I pay you?

We are an independent developer studio. All the revenue coming from your payments covers the development costs and other costs like licences and tools we use to operate our business.

There’s no big investment fond behind us that would cover all the costs. That’s because we want to stay independent and focus on delivering an app that is closest to your dreams as well as ours.

Another reason is that we have a different approach to our business. We don’t want to collect users and their data to sell them to an investor and abandon the product. Our goal is to develop Time Continuum for you on a daily basis. That’s why we need the revenue coming from the subscription plans.

+ How does the free trial work?

Free trial is valid for the first 30 days after you install Time Continuum on your iPhone. During this time you have full access to the app’s features.

After that period, if you won’t subscribe, you won’t be able to track your work time or access other app’s features. If you will subscribe you will have full access to Time Continuum’s features.

Please bear in mind that every subscription plan will be valid as soon as you by it, so that the free trial period will end immediately after you purchase one of the subscription plans. This means that any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

+ What will happen after my subscription expire?

You’ll lose access to the app’s features.

+ What if my payment will fail?

We value our customers. If payment fails, you will be notified by the app. After the initial notification you have 16 days to check your payment method and update payment information if needed.

+ Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, it will renew automatically as every subscription bought in the Apple Store does.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled within 24-hours before the previous subscription expires.

+ How can I manage my subscription?

Subscription may be managed by you and auto-renew may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
